Chef Jonathan Chovancek
Deemed the "Rock Star Chef", Chef Jonathan Chovancek has gained his considerable experience and expertise in some of Canada’s best award-winning restaurants. Focusing on wild food, he is a keen proponent of the local Slow Food movement and an advocate of sustainable agriculture and handcrafted food. Currently the Chef de Cuisine at Culinary Capers Catering, Jonathan was also the Canadian representative at the Olympics in both Turin, Italy and Beijing, China.
