If you are a female between the ages of 12-15 and 5’6″ or over, OR between the ages of 16-22 and 5’8″ or over, with a slim physique, please email:

1. two recent snapshots
2. one close-up with no make-up
3. one full-length in body-conscience clothing (or swimsuit)
4. age, height and weight
